To support Centres looking to deliver the Personal Skills Programme in 2020-21, we've scheduled a series of online webinars and created resources designed to offer support for tutors and learners.
SLQ will be hosting a series of free, online webinars in addition to creating resources designed to support Centres looking to deliver the Personal Skills Programme (PSP) in 2020-21.
Full details of the webinar events can be find here, while the individual resources, which are listed in the PSP Support Plan 2020-21, can be viewed online by clicking here.
PSP is the programme of awards from SLQ designed to build confidence and resilience in learners through the completion of tasks, activities and challenges across all stages of secondary education.
The programme builds learners' key skills - teamwork, communication, problem solving, self-management and self-belief - through a series of awards which complement their progress through education. Find out more about PSP here.
Changes to the way in which schools will operate in 2020-21 are likely to affect the delivery of PSP, so SLQ has made a number of changes to the programme to make delivery possible - these changes are outline in the support plan.
