Helping young people develop the skills needed to feel confident in voicing their thoughts is a key part of what we do. This year, we want to make sure we do this to the best extent possible by listening to the most important people in the entire process: learners themselves.

No-one knows better what learners need and want from our Qualifications and Awards than them. Only by giving them the opportunity to tell us what works (and what doesn’t) can we develop courses that support them to embrace the opportunities and face the challenges of the future.

Which is why we’re providing them with the platform to share their thoughts. We’re embarking on our biggest research journey ever and, as part of that, we want to know as much as we can about what it’s like to experience one of our courses.

The feedback we receive from our learners will inform everything we do, from the platforms we use to support their learning to the resources we offer them to record their journey with us.

Beyond the impact of our Qualifications and Awards, we also want to know what our centres and tutors expect of us and how we can make your lives easier. We know that life is full of unexpected challenges right now, so if there’s anything we can do to make delivering our courses that bit smoother, then we think it’s the right thing to do.
