E-Certificates
How can I access the Learner(s) E-Certificate(s)?
To access the e-certificates you will receive an email confirming that e-certificates have been uploaded to our secure Portal.
First Time User of the E-Certificate Service
If this is your first time of using the ‘e-certificate’ service, the confirmation email will contain a link and login details (including a temporary password) to access the Portal.
You will be asked to enter a new password and then login using this new password. The Portal will ask a couple of questions to ensure secure access and then you will be taken to the folder(s) containing your learner/delegate e-certificate(s).
Continuing E-Certificate Service User
If you have previously used the qualification e-certificate service, you should use your login details that were set up when you first entered the portal.
If you have forgotten your password there is a link to retrieve a forgotten password (this will prompt the security questions you answered when you first logged into the portal) and will be sent to your email address.
Please access the new e-certificates by using the link provided in the email and logging into your account.
