Refresher Tutor Training
In 2010/11 there are 27 Tutor Training days that will host the
Refresher strand. This half-day Tutor Training focuses on
disseminating and sharing information on the various Sports Leaders
UK leadership qualifications through two seminars as shown on
the timetable below. Refresher Tutor Training is for
experienced tutors only, who have attended a Tutor Training day
previously.

During these seminars we will examine the values
delivered during a leadership course, as identified in all Sports
Leaders UK leadership courses. We will investigate these values
through group work and discussion, and try to aid tutors in
thinking about how they can help their leaders lead others, whilst
working to these values. We will also look at the importance of
sharing good practice and embracing learning communities.
