Welsh Sports Leaders Will Receive Millennium Volunteer Sport Award

A major programme to recognise significant volunteering in Wales has named Sports Leaders UK as a formal partner.

Welsh Sports Leaders will now receive a Millennium Volunteer Sport Award when they complete 50 hours of volunteering.

The award recognises the effort put in by Sports Leaders across Welsh communities.

As one of the initiative's formal partners - alongside the Welsh Government, Sport Wales, StreetGames and Gwrivol - Sports Leaders UK will now be linked to every volunteer centre in Wales.
