We are here to provide you with support and advice, and answer
any queries you may have regarding Sports Leaders UK and our awards
and qualifications. If you are unsure of what Sports Leaders UK can
do for you, please give one of us a ring and we'll be happy to have
a chat, answer your questions, and tell you whether we think our
awards and qualifications are for you.
To run the Sports Leaders UK awards and qualifications
you will need to have certain qualifications already. For
example, to run the Level 1 Award in Sports Leadership you
need a Teaching Qualification or a Youth Work Qualification, or
relevant experience. If you are not sure please give us a ring to
discuss your requirements and experience.
Information can be provided covering the following
areas:
- General enquiries about any aspect of initiating and
running any of our leadership courses.
- Information if you are seeking a course as a potential
candidate.
- Inspirational tutor contacts who will glady provide support and
encouragement based upon their dedication and enthusiasm for Sports
Leaders UK courses.
- Discuss the various courses and their suitability for your
group (available from nine years to 90 years).
- Advice about progression routes from the Young Leaders Award to
the Level 3 Certificate in Higher Sports Leadership.
- If you are looking for community sports volunteers to assist
with your event, or opportunities for your candidates do contact
us.
- Would you like to promote examples of good practice in your
organisation for The Leader magazine?
- Digital photographs and articles are always much
appreciated.
- Do contact us if there is an event/course you would like to
promote on this page for other tutors/candidates.
