Blue Cat Initiative

What is Blue Cat Initiative?
Blue Cat Initiative is a community learning provider delivering
engagement learning activity across Norfolk. Our main projects
include Street Life Soccer, Teaching and Supporting Vulnerable
Learners, and Young Parents Network.
Our programmes are designed to engage homeless and vulnerable
learners in supportive, relevant and enjoyable activities.
Blue Cat also provides professional development training for
Tutors and Key Support Workers.
