Funding Update

There have been some changes in funding that course tutors need to be aware of.

Level 1 Award in Sports Leadership - funding can now be drawn down for 16 to 18-year-olds through the Young People's Learning Agency. Funding for this qualification can also be drawn down for those aged 19 and over from the Skills Funding Agency.

Level 2 Award in Community Sports Volunteering - funding can now be drawn down for 16 to 18-year-olds from the Young People's Learning Agency.

Level 2 Award in Assisting in Basic Expedition Leadership - funding can be drawn down for 16 to 18-year-olds from the Young People's Learning Agency.

Tutors seeking this funding will need to notify their examinations officer/bursar of the qualification code.
